amazing stay!
warm welcomerevamped roomshotel charmtraffic noise
i was greeted with a warm welcome. thomas at the reception. i stayed before and returned to a hotel with revamped rooms. they upgraded the rooms and didn't lose any charm!
The hotel is on a busy road. I could hear quite a lot of traffic noise. i suggest asking for a room away from the main street.

The hotel has nice decor inside with colorful aesthetics. It feels homely rather than like a typical hotel. the building itself has character and feels like a step back in time, but with modern luxury and sophistication.

the hotel is well located, near plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop! it is easily accessible by tube, bus, and electric cart for exploring. rato metro station is only about a 5-minute walk.

The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, feeling like home! my room was spacious, very clean, and modern. i had a separate tv room. The bed was super comfortable, too!

the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants so that was appreciated
the noise insulation was poor i could hear everything from the street and other rooms it made it hard to sleep the breakfast options were limited and not fresh that also made me frustrated

I found the location very convenient to the subway. breakfast included fresh fruit and eggs. It was delicious!!! the staff helped me add an extra night. the room was very clean and big.

Excellent stay near Rato

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast included hot eggs, bacon and pastries. The coffee was excellent. It was easy to walk to restaurants or take cheap Ubers to other districts. Aldi is very close for snacks.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I heard neighbors.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The receptionists were helpful with directions. The gentleman checking me in helped with my bag up the stairs.
